What do I get?

Each home is about 2500 sq. feet and sleep 12.
Each home is fully equipped with TV, stereo, VCR/DVD, high speed interenet, washer/dryer, microwave, dishes, pots & pans, etc.
As a renter in one of our homes, you have full use of Northstar's swim & racquet club.
Snow removal is included.
No pets are allowed.

What do I have to do?

Food staples (coffee, sugar, condiments, etc) are usually available. It is your responsibility to replenish what you use up.

What if I have to cancel?

We will refund your deposit only if we can successfully rerent your reservation. All costs and reduced rents associated with rerenting the home will be deducted from your refund.
